Fixed bugs:

-Picking the night guard by anyone is obvious to start the game.
-You can't press ready if the night guard is not picked by anyone.
-If you have pressed ready, you can't change your pick.
-If you have pressed ready and the night guard is picked, then if someone
unpicks the guard you will be "unreadied"
